C. Mike Curts

C. Mike Curts (“Mike”) joined Lennon Miller PLC, in July 2022. Mr. Curts is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Indiana state courts. In September 2019, he was admitted to the practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as a Registered Patent Attorney. Additionally, Mr. Curts has been admitted to practice law in the Southern District of Indiana and the Western District of Michigan. By utilizing his background in biochemistry and mathematics, Mr. Curts has capitalized on his technical experience to become a well-rounded attorney with multiple areas of expertise. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Curts served for two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Gary C. Giguere, Jr. and for the Honorable Paul J. Bridenstine. During that period, Mr. Curts fell in love with Kalamazoo, Michigan and has stayed ever since.

After his clerkship with the Ninth Circuit Judicial Court, Mr. Curts began his private practice with a boutique intellectual property firm in Portage, Michigan. Now, Mr. Curts represents clients in a multitude of matters including, but not limited to, intellectual property prosecution and litigation.
