Tyren R. Cudney
Tyren R. Cudney, a partner at Lennon, Miller, O’Connor, & Bartosiewicz, PLC, was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1957.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Cudney worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Carolyn Stell, the Chief Circuit Judge for the Ingham County Circuit Court in Lansing, Michigan. In 1992, he joined the predecessor firm of Bartosiewicz & Kimbrel, P.C., as an associate attorney.
With a broad range of experience in civil litigation, including auto negligence and premises liability, Mr. Cudney has a particular interest in first-party no-fault insurance issues. He also has experience in foreclosure, collection and subrogation matters.
Mr. Cudney is a member of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel where he also serves in a leadership position as Regional Chairperson. He is a member of the Kalamazoo County Bar Association and the Michigan State Bar Association. He is also a Certified General Civil Mediator in the State of Michigan.
In addition to being admitted to practice in all Michigan State Courts, Mr. Cudney is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University in 1988, he attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate in 1991.
